About the Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Business Development Manager to join our remote team. This is a high-impact role focused on generating new revenue and expanding our client base in the event ticketing, sports, and live entertainment industries.

 

You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with decision-makers (teams, promoters, agencies, and venues), and closing deals that bring our innovative platform to more organizations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new client acquisition within the ticketing, sports, and live events sectors
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to close
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (VPs, GMs, promoters, tour managers)
  • Present tailored demos and proposals that highlight FriendlySky’s value proposition
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and operations to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Track market trends and competitor activity in the ticketing and live entertainment space
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in event ticketing, live entertainment, sports tech, or related industries
  • Existing network or relationships in the ticketing, event production, sports marketing, or venue management industries strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of closing new business and hitting sales goals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and contract negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, fast-paced environment
  • Passion for live events, fan experiences, and industry innovation
