Cascade Music Collective is hiring a Box Office Manager to run
Box Office Operations at Marymoor Live for our 2023 Summer Season
Cascade Music Collective(CMC) is the independent concert promoting team charged with producing and operating the annual Summer Concert Series at King County’s Marymoor Park (Marymoor Live). In late 2022, we were awarded a 5-year contract to produce shows between June and September. The picturesque 5000 capacity outdoor venue sits within the 640 acres of Marymoor Park, located in Redmond, Washington (approximately 13 miles from downtown Seattle).

Essential Functions:
Gather show information from artist and talent buyer to build shows in ticketing software (Ticketmaster experience preferred)
Work with CMC Talent Buyer to develop scaling for each show/event based on GA versus reserved seating deals
Manage the Marymoor Live premium experience club and process ticket orders.
Manage ticket holds for each event/show. Process ticket orders for artist management, record label, and internal buys
Prepare and distribute daily ticket counts for agents, departments, and Partners at CMC.
Responsible for the training of new ticketing staff on ticket sales, run will call, guest and artist comps, and coordination with tour and venue
Work in conjunction with Talent Buyer, venue, artist, and third party ticketing partners like Groupon and LivingSocial to provide and build discount or group rate tickets
May be responsible for the creation of pop up box offices at seasonal shows and collaboration with special events groups on event ticketing
Oversee seat staging team for all reserved shows
Perform other duties as needed
Required Qualifications:
A minimum education level of: Bachelor of Arts/Sciences Degree (4-year) preferred.
5 years of related work experience including experience in the entertainment industry
Familiarity of basic accounting and budgeting principles
Familiarity with Ticketmaster, Ticketmaster One, and other ticketing platforms.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Adobe Professional. Knowledge of Airtable is a plus
Must have experience in the music industry, specifically live entertainment
Must be organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated
Previous supervisory experience
Ability to multitask, prioritize and remain calm in a fast paced environment
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Experience in developing start-up box offices, strategies, and arena ticketing, preferred
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Box Office Experience a plus
