FKP Scorpio is one of Europe’s leading live music and entertainment companies. With offices in 10 territories, we work with both world-renowned headline acts and exciting up-and-coming talent. Our dedicated promoters work with artists across all music genres, booking performances in a wide range of venues—from intimate clubs and theatres to large-scale arenas and stadiums.

We are looking for a friendly, hard-working, and passionate individual to join our newly established International Touring Department. In this exciting role, you’ll help bring touring talent into our network of promoters, supporting the development of world-class live music experiences across our European territories.

We’re seeking someone with a strong background in working with and promoting international artists, paired with a solid understanding of—and well-established connections within—the European live music market. The ideal candidate will bring industry insight, initiative, and a collaborative spirit to help grow our international touring footprint. This role will be based in one of our international offices across Europe, though we’re open to candidates located in other territories.

This is a full-time role, with employment terms and benefits aligned with local regulations and the policies of the respective office.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
·       Proactively develop, negotiate, and secure the best possible music & entertainment content across the FKP Group
·       Manage budgets for all show activities, collaborating with the internal teams for budget approvals and settlements. Negotiate optimal deals with agents and other stakeholders
·       Collaborate with team leaders to deliver and expand the number of shows and events across all FKP Scorpio markets
·       Continuously assess the European market to identify trends and new content opportunities
·       Partner with the FKP Scorpio international offices team to maximize opportunities for new shows and long-term artist projects
·       Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, managers, and promoters, actively enhancing FKP Scorpio’s industry presence through regular engagement
·       Work closely with Ticketing, Marketing and Production teams to ensure seamless event execution for artists and clients
 
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
·       Similar experience at a promoter or agency is preferred
·       Proven experience in negotiating and budgeting for live shows and tours
·       Deep understanding of the European live music landscape, with established industry contacts
·       Approachable, friendly, and a true team player—able to build strong relationships across internal teams and external partners
·       Ability to work collaboratively across multiple territories and time zones
·       Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
·       Passion for live music and a commitment to delivering exceptional artist and audience experiences
·       English language, both verbal and written is required
·       Experience with full suite of office programs (Excel, Word, Teams etc)
·       There will requirement to travel internationally with the role
